Can Pain In Both Shoulders And Soreness In Both Elbow Joints Radiates Down To The Wrist After Exercising Be Treated And Cured?

Question: I am a 50 yr old male and I have pain in both my shoulders, even an elongated small bulging muscle on my right rear deltoid that has gone down in size over the last few months. I did not have any trauma to the area although I was working out pretty intensely for several month prior to all this happening. I have since stopped the workouts but I still get the pain in my shoulders that seems better on some days and worse on others. Additionally, I have soreness in both elbow joints (what feels like the same type of pain after working out your biceps with weights) perhaps the tendons and or the upper forearm muscle that radiates down to my wrist. I have been feeling some fatigue as well. The pain in my shoulders and elbows/forearms tends to come and go....worse on some days, better on other days. I've notice too that when I work on my computer, I will get tingling on my hand that is using the mouse (right hand) - like my hand is falling asleep. I then have to shake it out and it gets better.

Brief Answer:
Can be mild nerve root compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mild ache in the muscles and feeling of falling asleep can be due to an electrolyte imbalance or methylcobalamin deficiency or a mild nerve root irritation at the level of cervical vertebra.
A proper examination and an MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis. Methylcobalamin supplements and electrolyte rich fluids can also help in these symptoms.
I hope this answers your query.

ok, thank you but what about the pain in both my shoulders that comes and goes, the elongated bulge muscle in my right deltoid muscle on my shoulder and the pain I am feeling in my elbows that radiates down to my wrist ( a pain that feel like after you do a bicep workout at the gym) - it feels tender and there is some pain when you massage the area?

Brief Answer:
Can be capsulitis or spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain in the shoulders can be a muscle pain or due to capsulitis of the shoulder joint or related to cervical spondylosis. Pain in elbows radiating down to wrist seems to be a nerve related pain - can be due to nerve root compression at the level of cervical spine. MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis.
Hope my answer is helpful.
