What Tests Should I Do When I Have Abnormally Low Heart Rate, Dizziness, Headache And Chest Pain Leading To Panic Attacks?

Question: I am a 34 yr old female. I do drink and smoke but I am a Healthy eater. I am overweight I was 220 lbs at 5'9" when my problems started 4 months ago and I'm currently 214 lbs now. Within the last month I have cut back on unhealthy habits and have lost a few pounds. I currently drink 6 beers a night and smoke 1 1/2 packs a day.
I had a pacemaker put in 9 years ago because my heart rate was around 15-20 bpm even when I was active. Nobody new why. My blood test we're normal at that time.
4 months ago I started getting a pain under my left breast in the rib cage, dizziness, slight headaches, and chest pain which led to I guess panic attacks. I have been to the ER 3 times and my BP is high but lowers over a few hours of being in the hospital they have checked for blood clots, ekg, chest exrays everything is fine. I recently saw a primary physician for the first time and while my first visit started panicking so I forgot to tell her all my symptoms. My BP was high at the office so she prescribed lisinipril. It took a week for me to get it because it was not called in. Within that week I would check my BP and it was 125/80 when I was relaxed. I called the office back and told them about my loose stools and they said I had fatty liver diagnosed from high white blood cell count from when I was in the ER. I was also complaining of fatigue and seeing spots, the primary ordered cmp, cbc and thyroid test. The thyroid came back normal but my rbc -5.19, hemoglobin-15.6, hemotocrit-46.2, alt -30, my homocysteine was 12.3 and + for 1 copy of c677t variant in a blood test performed in 2015 when I was complaining of tingling and numbness in my feet which is worse now. The primary is still pushing the lisinipril because when I went for a follow up today my BP was 160/110 at the office she was not concerned with the blood work because I am still smoking. When I got home my BP was 135/90 after unloading the car. I feel worse now then when my heart rate was at 15 bpm can the blood test results be causing any of this?

Brief Answer:
Blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion your blood test results do not cause the above symptoms. As you said all the other test results like ultrasound, chest x ray etc are normal

But please can you kindly inform me if you have tests for the electrolytes, iron, ferritine,B 12 test.

Best regards
