Question: I am 56 year old male and in pretty good shape, not over not weight. I need to know what to do I am so over tiered a lot and hard to work much more that 4 or 5 hours a day. l like working and early to bed and early to rise I get 6 to 8 hours of sleep most time. Makes no sense to be feeling this old. lol Please I need advice Thanks XXXXXXX

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do a total check up in order to check for possible causes of tiredness. Do a total blood count with formula and liver chemistry, fasting glucose levels, creatinine and nitrogen levels. Sometimes iron deficiency anemia can cause it or possible liver inflammation .
Taking multivitamins can increase your energy levels. Take mainly vitamin C, complex B vitamins, E and A.
