For Gastritis, Upper GI endoscopy should be done.It will confirm the location of Ulcers and also give a clue about Hiatus hernia, Reflux esophagitis.
Till then, you can continue with Rabeprazole 20mg.If there is no response,you can stop it and start Esmoprazole 40mg once daily as it has better response in few individuals.
There is no need to add Antacid.
Treatment should be taken till the symptoms subside.
Nothing to worry.
