Lexapro contains escitalopram and you can taper off it gradually. If you are taking 10mg of lexapro, first decrease it up to 5 mg for two weeks and then take 2.5 mg for next two week and then try to stop it. Try to decrease it 5mg after every fortnight. This way, you would not get any withdrawal symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would help to control anxiety symptoms.
