Question: Hello a long time ago I had a honey bee sting me on the side of my head, around my timple. About 8 years ago I was washing my hair and scratched that place. It is now ugly and A local flew doctor said that is was a rash.. I have tried many over the counter creams.. Some work alittle, but I don't think they are strong enough.. What would you suggest??

Brief Answer:
Chronic fibrotic ulcer

Detailed Answer:
hi,
I checked the images, the lesion is not looking good.
I do not think any oral medications or topical application creams help.
You need to go under knife to make it look better. Also if there are any new symptoms like oozing, itching it should be better excised and biopsy should be done to find its current nature.
Please see a plastic surgeon for this and that would be the only best idea now.
