Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be possible by tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

At 4 months completed, the pregnancy is about 16 -17 weeks, which is not suitable for medical termination.

So I would advise you to continue the pregnancy and get checked by a qualified gynecologist at the earliest to identify any high risk factors with this pregnancy.

Medical management is suitable only upto two months since the last period , after which surgical method becomes more suitable.

Since the laws in XXXXXXX have become very strict it will not be possible for you to get any over the counter medication too.

Best to continue the pregnancy.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
