Brief Answer:
Anisokoria

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
some difference in size of pupil, known as anisokoria,in absence of any other factor is presumed to be normal.Do not worry about anurysm,as that usually leads to severe headache. There are many reasons for such difference in size but they have other pointing features.
your photograph does not show too much of difference in size, and since you have been examined in detail, there seems to be no reason to worry.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.

Thanks for getting back to me.
There is a very small difference between two pupils in your photograph. This is an isolated finding and to be of any significance this has to have other features as well which you do not have so it is not significant.
Do not worry ,you are fine.
