Brief Answer:
Ursodeoxycholic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

From your description I feel that you have a single stone of 6 mm and no symptoms are observed. If yes, then it would be better to observe only for any symptoms or can take drugs like Ursodeoxycholic acid which will help in dissolving the stone but needs to be taken for 2 yrs or more and have high chances of recurrence. Also the efficacy of the drug would depend on the type of stone present.

If you have symptoms like stomach ache, vomiting due to stone then the best treatment would be excision of gall bladder through laproscopic or conventional method depending on the surgeon.

So, see a General surgeon or a gastroenterologist for examination and treatment.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications will be happy to help you.

Regards.
