1. Since when is the eye deviation present?
2. Have you got the vision tested? if so, what is the vision in both eyes and also details of glass prescription if any.
3. Do you have the problem of double vision?
4. Did you have any injury to eye or head before the onset of this deviation?
5. Did you have any fever etc before the appearance of deviation in the eye?
6. Do you suffer from high blood pressure or diabetes?
