How To Prevent Dryness During Sleep?

Question: Hello mam How to prevent dryness during sleep for same adenoids. Day time im doing steam inhalation, but night his sleep is disturbed lot due to mouth breathing and gets moving. Can humidifier can be used? And which type. Sure if I reduce hos mouth dryness it helps his sleep.

Brief Answer: there are different ways Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Welcome back. Yes you can use any commercially available humidifier in the room. Also other alternative is to keep a basin of water open in the room when fan is on. Even an electric kettle or any steam source can be used in the room for 10-15 mints with closed dooirs before he enters the room for sleep ( be careful that there is no accident with hot air or heat source!!!) If u are using monteleukast with levocetriznine daily ,you can change to plain montleukast same. 4 mgs of any brand.( when he has no running nose or sneezing. Levocet can cause some drying also.

Mam there are two forms cold humidifier and warm humidifier Which will be useful for his age an condition.
