Question: My PPBS is about 280 . I am not taking any medicine. How can I control by sugar level naturally ?

Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

The natural way to control diabetes is by lifestyle modification.
But a PPBS value of 280 indicates that the disease has reached to a stage that is difficult to control by lifestyle changes alone.
The normal value of PPBS is below 140. Upto 200, it is pre diabetes and can be controlled with lifestyle changes. Beyond 200, this is definite diabetes and need a combined approach including both medicines and lifestyle changes.
Rather than PPBS alone, to have a clear idea we also need FBS and HbA1C report.
Kindly see your doctor for evaluation.

Meanwhile, you can start the lifestyle changes:
1)Reduce calorie intake (rice,wheat,potato,tapioca,sugared/backed/oily items etc).
2)Reduce the proportion of non veg items in the diet.
3)Include more green leafy vegetables and pulses.
4)Do regular moderate exercise daily for 40-45 minutes.
