Brief Answer:
Hi it usually present in serum up to 1 wk.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.

I admire you for positive outlook.

I understand your concern about nicotine use.

There are two tests available for nicotine detection.

1st is blood nicotine test.

In this test nicotine is usually visible within 24 hours of last use and usually undetectable after 1week.

2nd is urine nicotine test.

In this test it is undetectable in urine after 3 to 4 days after last use of nicotine contain products.

So it is usually present in serum upto 7 to 10 days.

So if you will go for operation in sept. Then no need to worry. It is usually remain undetectable if you stop it from today onwards.

Still if you have query than feel free to ask.

Thank you.
Take care.
