Brief Answer:
Need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I need more details about the angina episode and any other health conditions present.

Telma h and cardivas are both anti-hypertensive drugs. Are somewhat helpful after a heart attack in which there was damage to heart muscle.

Zivast is to keep the cholesterol low and clopitab is a blood thinner. These are also prescribed after a heart attack.

Now I really need to be sure if it was a myocardial infarction or was it just angina. You might not need all the above medicines for just angina.

Waiting for more information.
