Brief Answer:
It can be subconjunctival hemorrhage or viral conjunctivitis in recovery

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I understand your concern.I have gone through the history and images(you posted earlier).
The common cause of redness in the eye ball is conjunctivitis(infective or allergic) or subconjunctival hemorrhage(traumatic or spontaneous).

In case of conjunctivitis usually there is some associated redness, swelling, irritation or pain while subconjunctival hemorrhage is usually incidentally noticed by parents or following trauma.

In subconjunctival hemorrhage small blood vessels within the conjunctiva may break spontaneously or from injury, causing a red area on the sclera(white of the eye).

Diagnosis of subconjunctival hemorrhage is made on the basis of the appearance of the hemorrhage and the absence of other findings. The redness usually starts decreasing as the blood gets absorbed.Recovery is usually complete, without any long-term problems, similar to a mild bruise under the skin.
Most subconjunctival hemorrhages clear without treatment in one to two weeks.

I won't get worried if there are no associated symptoms like fever, discharge or swelling and if redness in not increasing as it will subside within next 5-7 days.
In case you find any abnormality consult your physician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards
