Brief Answer:
LNG IUCD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about long acting progesterone hormone.
If you suffer from abnormal uterine bleeding, it is advisable to do endometrial biopsy to check on the histopathology and rule out cancer or excessive unwanted thick endometrium.

If Histopathology report is normal, better to use LNG (Levonorgestrel) releasing intrauterine device.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards
