Brief Answer:
Fungal skin infection

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It looks like fungal infection of skin. I see the photo report.
It appears at places where skin remains wet and hot and sweaty.
I recommend
* Dry properly after bath even with low grade hair dryer
* Use cotton wears
* Use clotrimoxazol1% or myconazol 2% antifungal creams found even OTC
For topical use:
* If it still persists your doctor may give you oral antifungal such fluticonazol or terbinafine.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
