Question: Hi, I’m 55 years old (female) and have started having irregular heart rate and severe headaches for about a month now. My heart has been beating irregularly all day today and I can feel it. I woke this morning at 3am with a severe headache that woke me up. I’ve been experiencing these headaches that wake me up in the middle of my sleep often recently. What might be causing this?
