Brief Answer:
Detail below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and health concerns in detail ,
Birth control pills are combination pills. These pills contain synthetic forms of the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. These hormones help stop pregnancy by preventing the development and release of an egg from your ovaries, or ovulation. The hormones also thicken your cervical mucus. This makes it more difficult for sperm to reach an egg. The lining of the uterus is also altered to prevent implantation.
Birth control pills decreased period pain , that's why period pain more after stop contraceptive pills. This is temporary and period pain will become normal after few cycles .Till than she can take antispasmodics.
I hope this answers your query.
