How Can External Occipital Protuberance Be Treated?

Question: one side of what I think is my occipital bone sticks out and now I'm worried. I'm not sure how long it's been like this or if it's been like this.

the bone itself doesn't cause any pain unless I keep pressing on it

Keep observing and if no symptoms arise,just be asssured.

In case of extreme tension, you can get a head CT scan done, to rule out any abnormality.
