Detailed Answer:

Hi,

* The lymphocele is actually a fluid pocket which disappears within some
period on its own, its less likely to be your case.

* Most possible issue is subcutaneous benign lesion as sebaceous cyst or
else which has grown initially and then became steady in size.

I would like to recommend that you just keep check on its size and get once
an ultrasound examination done with your radiologist for the soft tissue of penis which will give much better details of consistency and others.

Hope you remain fit and fine.
Feel free to discuss further regarding the same.

Thank you.

thanks. What are the chances for it to be penile cancer or skin cancer depending on the pictures and symptoms? please note that the bump is not growing from the shaft itself, it seems to be attached to the skin itself. when I lift my shaft skin, the bump is lifted with it.

also, would you recommend having an appointment with a urologist or a dermatologist?

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

* As per the picture and symptoms, the chance of cancer is remote.
* I would recommend to consult a Urosurgeon for the same rather than skin
specialist.

Thanks.
