Brief Answer:
It doesnt mean anything

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It doesn't mean anything. Up to 30 degree deviation of axis to left is normal.

Since Echo was also normal, I cannot suspect any particular condition. So I will consider it a normal ECG. Please do corelate it clinically. More than 30 degree deviation is seen in conditions like heart attack, high serum K levels, diabetes, emphysema, etc. If you are known case of such a condition, please let me know.

I would like to inform you that QRS was -6

Brief Answer:
QRS determines axis deviation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

QRS determines axis deviation. If QRS is - (minus), it means the axis is deviated. Since its a small value of 6, I don't see a need to worry.
