Brief Answer:
Test exams

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

The high lymphocytes number its usually a harmless and temporary situation occurring ofter bacterial or viral infection.

A high lymphocyte count is usually found when your doctor has ordered tests to help diagnose a condition you're already experiencing. It's rarely an unexpected finding or simply discovered by chance. Usually the number of lymphocytes alone it’s not enough to make the diagnosis of malignancy. In my opinion you should not worry.

No viruses or illnesses. I get routine bloodwork every month for two autoimmune liver diseases. The numbers are not going down. K did have a flow cytometry test that was normal. Would that rule out leukemia or lymphoma?

Brief Answer:
Exams test

Detailed Answer:
As you said you suffer from autoimmune disease

An autoimmune disorder causing ongoing (chronic) inflammation can give rising lymphocytes numbers. Further normal cytometry can rule out the leukemia or lymphoma. So you should not worry
