Systolic blood pressure of 180mmHg is definitely high. It is important to control it. Is he known to have high blood pressure. If yes, what medications is he on? Did he miss any medications?

I will also like to know why blood pressure was recorded at this point of time? Did he develop sudden stomach ache and back pain? If yes then it could be related. Sudden onset stomach pain and back pain with high BP should be monitored preferrably at a hospital. It could be a gastritis or even a cardiac episode.

.yes sudden stomach pain and back pain then they went hospital when they checked bp was around 180 and it didn’t reduced till 2 hours , and also this is the first time he got and yes about accident his leg got injured in the sense the first finger thumb finger of the leg got injured and nail got removed that’s all and today only doctor removed his band which they tied to leg

Sudden severe pain is known to increase blood pressure reactively. However it settles down soon. You mentioned blood pressure remained persistently high hence it should be treated with medications.

Since he has visited the hospital may I know the cause of sudden stomach and back pain? Was it due to gastritis / abdominal condition or related to cardiac event? Has the pain subsided now?
And was any medications given for treating high blood pressure? Persistently elevated blood pressure need anti hypertensive drugs.
