Question: Hi, two years ago my ultrasound said iv a anteverted and bulky uterus with fibroids in the mid fundus and to the left, also several subendometrial cysts present in lower uterus, I have had ablation done in my uterus for heavy bleeding,and that's no problem now, but I have heavy pressure and aching now for 7 days, with waves of pain and sharp pain when ovulating the last 6 months, I have had another scan which says things are a little worse, should I be looking at a hysterectomy as endo is in my family and im tired of this pain.
