Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

Brown discharge at any point of pregnancy demands adequate intervention with abdominal ultrasound, to look for any signs of impending miscarriage. I would suggest it best for you to visit your obstetrician soon enough for a proper examination along with an ultrasound to looks if the baby is healthy. Also your doctor may suggest to get a blood test done to look for the levels of pregnancy hormones.

I would suggest maximum bed rest at this point and to avoid unnecessary travel. Also avoid any sexual intercourse at this point.

Your doctor may put you on hormonal supplements to keep up the levels of progesterone for a safe delivery.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards
