Brief Answer:
Blood results not concerning

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask a Doctor'. While your BUN is slightly high, your creatinine is well within normal range, and so I wouldn't be concerned. The creatinine is a better test for your actual kidney function, while the BUN most likely is elevated due to some dehydration when the blood was drawn. The next time you have your blood checked, I would just make sure to hydrate well, and I would expect that the BUN would be back to normal.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
