Brief Answer:
Either ringworm infection or eczema, oral and topical antifungal recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph,
It seems to be either a ringworm infection or eczema.

I would recommend you to take oral antifungal like tablet Terbinafine 250mg twice daily and apply Luliconazole cream on the affected area once daily for 4 weeks.

For itching and irritation take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.

These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of your doctor.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Avoid terbinafine tablet & cream

Detailed Answer:
In that case considering the diagnosis of eczema I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic cream like fusidic acid and betamethasone cream ( fucibet cream) on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
Avoid using terbinafine cream and tablet.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
