Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain and heavy bleeding that you are having is due to the fibroid and thick endometrium. You can start with Tablet Pause-MF twice a day along with iron supplements to control this bleeding. IN case the bleeding is persistent then proper hormonal tablets may be needed after a porescription from your gynecologist. In case such a heavy bleeding is recurrent then you can consider removing the fibroid surgically.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Myomectomy is best option.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Fibroid cannot be removed with the help of medicines. Myomectomy is best for symptomatic fibroids.
MRI guided HIFU or Magnetic Resonance Imaging- guided High Intensity Focused Ultrasound is an innovative mode for genuinely non-invasive treatment of fibroids. Under MRI guidance, sound waves are passed into the body and focused into the fibroid to heat and coagulate the tissues. The procedure is gaining wide acceptance because of the ease of use, exemplary safety and minimal disruption in the patients' daily routine. This is a day-care surgery, where the patient reports to the clinic for the procedure, undergoes the procedure and is able to walk out and go home after the procedure. The patient is able to go back to her regular routine within the next 24 hours, and the symptomatic relief obtained with this procedure is comparable to that following a myomectomy in the long term .
A 2.4 cm fibroid can also show the symptoms of heavy bleeding depending on its position. Medications and hormonal therapy will not properly help in shrinking the fibroid. It can shrink after menopause.
Hope my answer is helpful.
