Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any possible cardiac issues.

In my opinion, this is typical musculoskeletal pain.

Is the pain triggered by bending or any certain body position? This would be another argument in favour of musculoskeletal pain.

So, in my opinion, there is no reason to panic or perform any additional cardiac tests.

I recommend taking acetaminophen for the pain.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Kind regards,

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I just think that the back pain is related to a wrong posture or chronic degeneration of the thoracic vertebral column.

I would recommend performing a cervico-thoracic spine X ray study and performing regular physical exercise to help reinforce your back muscles.

Regarding the chest pain, I think that it is just costochondritis and there is no need for any other cardiac tests, especially considering all your performed cardiac tests.

If the chest pain is triggered by deep breathing, any certain body position, it is indicative of musculo-skeletal pain, probably costochondritis.
If the chest pain is related to eating or hunger, it would be indicative of a stomach issue.

Anyway, I don't think that this is anything serious!

Let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This kind of pain is typical of fibromyalgia.

I would completely exclude any cardiac issues, based on your description of the pain.

So, just relax and don't worry about it!

I recommend taking Acetaminophen and magnesium supplements to help with the muscle pain.

If you have any other uncertainties, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
