Brief Answer:
Regarding STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query.

You may certainly upload a clear image of the area of concern in " Reports Section " . HIV is really not a risk from oral sex. The only real risk is that for HSV and gonorrhoea or chlamydia, especially if it was deeper/ throat sex and of syphilis if she had oral lesions of syphilis. However in case if she also performed oral sex on to others at party as well then there is a chance that she might have infectious precum from a source and then she passed on to others including you. In such a case i would suggest a full STD screen at 4 weeks and then again at 12 weeks for a conclusive result with HIV rapid test or a 4th generation test, HSV ELISA and VDRL. Nevertheless, the fact is that oral sex is a lot safer than vaginal sex and anak sex .

Hope to assist you further once I get the images.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. thank you. I have viewed the image. Your penis looks pretty normal. I would definitely advice a full STD screening at 12 weeks for a conclusive result. Any form of unprotected sex is a risk especially if it is of a group sex sort of a thing. take care
