Question: Hi doctor I am in sainus problem and I am taking montolife - LC tablets is it right for sainus problem.

Montolife is an antihistamine drug and which can provide symptomatic relief.

But for the complete cure, proper antibiotics may also be needed.

You can try the following as a first-line thing:-
1. Start a short course of antibiotics (e.g. Azithromycin). Antibiotics are prescription-based medication.
2. Do take steam inhalation.
3. Take antihistamines like Montolife or Cetirizine.
4. Simple analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain.

If symptoms persist despite all these, consult an ENT specialist for a thorough check-up.
