Brief Answer:
Lactare tablet in a harbal tablet

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

Lactare is a herbal tablet for recommended use in breastfeeding women to increase the milk supply. I dont think it will have desired results in a non-pregnant woman. It works by increasing prolactin hormone. This hormone is already high after birth of baby (80-400 ng/mL). But in non-pregnant women, this hormone is low (<25 ng/mL), so its effect may not be seen or the effect maybe minimal.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
