Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Is it dangerous ?-Yes if not treated properly it could cause septicemia leading the patient into septic shock which has a mortality rate as high as 90% even in developed countries.

Is it curable ?-Definitely yes.
Go for a test called culture and sensitivity test. The reports would show that to which anti fungals the candida species in your blood is suceptible or resistant.Intravenous or oral therapy would be started by the treating doctor as per culture reports. For candidemia, treatment should continue for 2 weeks after signs and symptoms have resolved and Candida yeasts are no longer in the bloodstream. Other forms of invasive candidiasis, such as infections in the bones, joints, heart, or central nervous system, usually need to be treated for a longer period of time.

Is it manageable ? Fully treatable with complete cure.

If so what is the best treatment options? -Go for blood culture and sensitivity test. With in 48 hours you will get reports that to which medicines is the yeast most sensitive in your case.
Hope i was helpful,
Feel free to follow up!

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
If treated properly its fully curable.
Don't listen to what lame people's say what is the qualification of people who are saying that its not curable?Do they even know whats the difference in candida and e.coli?Do they know what fungi are?Are they animals or plants? How they differ from bacteria or protozxoas?

Just go for blood culture and start medications.Follow your doctor in 99% cases its fully curable.
