1. The weight gain churna (powder) is of 120 gm packing containing 30 pouches and comes in resealable bag and is a herbal formula to shape your body, each dose consisting of:
Shatavri (Asparagus racemosus): 10%
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): 10%
Atibala ( Abutilon indicum): 10%
Guggulu extract (commiphira mukul): 5%
Yashtimadhu (glycyrrhiza glabra): 5%
Vacha ( acorus calamus): 5%
Amalaki ( emblica officinalis): 25%
soya ( glycine max): 30%

Dose: 2 pouches daily with water (half hour before meals): before breakfast and dinner

Duration: 3 months
