Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Your penis appears absolutely normal.
Probably you have developed allergic reaction to any oil or some other products used at massage parlour.
Apply a mild steroid lotion like desonide twice daily for a week and take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine daily in night for a week.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Tests not required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
As there are no lesions on penis tests are not required also it is too early for any test to be positive.
Just apply the lotion and if there is pain take an analgesic like paracetamol.
Let me know about the response after two days.
Thanks

Hello doctor,
now burning and pain is almost 80% gone. I also contacted one Urologist in same forum he also suggested this (Start taking anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and Nitrofurantoin twice daily ). and I took lots of water , cranberry joice , cital.

Hope I will recover in next 2-3 days. Do I need any test in future ?
