Question: Hi, I recently have had two spots pop up on the side of my boob, they look similar to a hickey but are for sure not. The one started peeling skin and the other has a small bump. They’re about quarter size, what could it be?

Brief Answer:
It seems like folliculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photos you attached and it seems that you are having two pimples on the breast.
It seems like inflammation or infection of hair follicles
I don't think you should worry about it.
One of them seems to be healing and doesn't require treatment.
You can watch and see the other one. If it seems to get healing it doesn't require treatment but if it gets worse you may use antibiotic ointment on it.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
