1. After analyzing your history I am of the opinion that you could be suffering from Acute sinusitis affecting the nasal mucosa and the Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear).

2. The congestion in the nasal mucosa is the reason for your nasal bleed and Eustachian tube block.

3. My suggestions to you are:
a. Use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible. This moistens the nasal mucosa and reduces the nasal congestion. Nasal bleed will stop and the mucus from the sinus and the middle ear will clear off gradually.
b. A mucolyte such as bromhexine/acetylcysteine can help in clearing the fluid build in the middle ear.
c. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day for not more than 5 minutes.
d. Drink frequent sips of warm water.
e. Avoid blowing the nose, taking coffee or smoking.

1. Yes, headache is one of the chief symptoms of Acute sinusitis. This is due to blockage of the paranasal sinuses with or without accumulation of the secretions inside it.

2. The tingling sensation in the throat could be either due to the post nasal drip or the mouth breathing causing the dryness of the throat.

3. The relief in symptoms depends on the severity of the infection. Usually, it takes 3-7 days for the symptoms to settle with appropriate medications and home remedies.
