With tylenol its really bad. At about 10 times the recommended dose the liver is permanently damaged and this can be fatal. It is a Bad Cliff.. going just over the limit and you fall!
Aleve isn't like that. On the one hand a bit too much isn't a lot different. ON the other hand, about 10% of us have sensitive stomachs and even 220 three times a day would cause pain, black stools, bleeding, ulcers etc.
It's mainly personal susceptibility more than slightly too much AND this isn't all that high a dose.
Things to watch for are ulcer symptoms as mentioned above.
