Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although the description is unconvincing (you mentioned female) but from the availabile description it appears that you are suffering with premature ejaculation.

The cause of premature ejaculation ranges from simple performance anxiety to variety of reasons including diabetes and neurological disorders. Considering this it will be wise to get investigated throughly before commencing any form of treatment.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up and sorry for delayed reply.

Premature ejaculation is called when you ejaculate before your partner achieves orgasm or gets satisfied. Since 20 seconds is normal ejaculation for you, definitely it is premature ejaculation.

There are two treatment options for your problem.

The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and does not yield the benefit from the first day.. It takes much time. Although there are multiple one as mentioned below but I feel Kegel exercise is most easy to practice and gives better results. The technique is easy to master but difficult to desribe in detail unless the person is sitting besides you. I think you can reach Mayo clinic website to understand few components of it.
The other techniques are:
1.     Squeeze technique
2.     Start- stop method
3.     Interruption technique

Premature ejaculation can be also be controlled with mediations.
SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation..these drugs are as following:
Tablet. Paroxetine
Tablet. Fluoxetine
Tablet. Sertraline

All the medications are prescription only options and need to be used only under direct supervision of medical practitioner. The medications effects are often visible by the end of one to two weeks.

I hope this answers you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
