Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms are suggestive of panic attacks.

Anyway, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing some tests in order to exclude other possible causes that may mimic this clinical situation:

- a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound
- thyroid hormone levels in order to exclude possible thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- complete blood count for anemia.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring (Holter) would help exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.

If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause underlying your symptoms.

Hope to have been helpful!
