Is My Lipid Profile Test Report Suggestive Of Beginning Medication?

Question: Hi,
I did a lipid profile of my blood sample and the following are the values. Please advice if I need to take medication.
Total Cholestrol - 160
LDL - 106
HDL - 31
VLDL - 23
TriGlyceride - 116

Your findings suggests borderline raised LDL level.
Other factors are within normal limit.
With these findings,I suggest only to avoid fatty food and go for exercise to my patients.

I don't suggest for medicines at this stage.
I suggest to avoid saturated fat like red meat,fat rich milk products etc.
Go for exercise regularly and avoid alcohol,cigarettes if you take it.

In short,findings are almost normal.
