I am suffering from below disease. Please suggest.
Breathing problem: from last 1 yr
Pain in chest : intermittently on left & right side of chest & frequently in the middle of chest from last 3 months
Blood in saliva / cough: Dont know exactly is it coming from saliva or cough but in morning when I wake up finding blood on the bed. From last 3 months.
Weight loss : two years back 84 kg & now it is 70 kg
Swelling on left side of the face.
As doctor suggested me to do chest CT scan & chest X ray. I did the same but due to busy schedule I am unable to meet them. Please suggest me.

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Both reports, x ray and CT Scan are suggestive of fibrotic lesion mostly due to previous lung infection.
Neither of them is showing active infection.
It is not structural defect but you have old fibrotic Scar area in your lungs.
Since you are having breathlessness, in my opinion, you should get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
Bronchitis is very common and can cause similar symptoms.
Please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Do you have any previous history of lung infection like tuberculosis or pneumonia?

I never do smoke.l never suffered from pneumonia but I was in touch with my uncle in dec 2018 whole month who was suffering from stomach TB not chest TB.
I have attached screenshot of blood on bedsheet coming out of saliva / cough. On daily basis this much blood coming on bed sheet.

So get done PFT and bronchoscopy.
