Brief Answer:
Hifenac-P is better

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Hifenac and Hifenac-P are analgesics which contain aceclofenac as a common ingredient. In Hifenac-P it contain paracetamol as an additional ingredient and thus provide more pain relief.
You can prefer Hifenac-P for better pain relief.
However you can also consider aceclo-MR which contain which additional muscle relaxant and it is the best for stiff neck and muscle spasm.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out conditions like cervical spondylitis.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
