Brief Answer:
Possibility of restrictive lung disease is more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I have seen your spirometry report.
It is showing low FEV1, FVC and normal FEV1 /FVC ratio.
So possibility of restrictive lung disease is more likely.
Any radiological investigations done?
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

In 2007 met with accident had ARDS
In 2014 took pft test advised by physician due to smoking habit otherwise healthy
Recently took chest xray says lung fields are clear

Brief Answer:
Get done regular PFT every year and see it is not worsening.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
After ARDS, some patients show restrictive lung disease without any symptoms.
It mild in nature.
It is like lungs are not expanding sufficiently.
For regular monitoring, you need to get done PFT annually.
And look for any decrease in values.
If values are stable then no need to worry.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
