Brief Answer:
Suggestions on how to treat anxiety are explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.
Anxiety may cause sleep problems or make existing problems worse.
Anxiety can also trigger depression.
So, I suggest to try at first psychological consueling and
therapy.
You can see a psychologist for the therapy.
I also recommend a healthy lifestyle which includes staying active, eating healthy and avoiding too much caffeine.
Several sports such as yoga can help with anxiety relief.

If the symptoms continue, you may need oral treatment.
In this case, I recommend an antidepressant such as Prozac, which is very effective in my daily practice.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
