Brief Answer:
Cancer would have grown big by now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have seen the attached image.

The image is blurry and I am unable to make out the fine details of the lesion which are very important.

But as a general concept, cancerous lesions would grow very fast and benign ones grow slower.

Anyways a definitive diagnosis is a must to rule out seriousness.

Please attach a better image.

I have uploaded a better image. So, you're suggesting that if it was cancerous, it would have grown bigger. Sure, I will get it checked tomorrow.

For your reference, I am attaching a better image of the mole. Please take a look and suggest what you think.

Brief Answer:
Appears to be a skin tag

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The image is better.

It appears to be a benign skin tag.

Anyway a biopsy by the dermatologist would confirm the diagnosis.
