I Am Feared Of Cancer Please Suggest What To Do?

Question: Hi Doctor,
I'm concerned that I might have a cancer. My doctor did the following tests, are these tests enough to rule out my worry about neck/throat cancer or lymphoma please?

Neck ultrasound scan
Abdominal ultrasound scan
chest xray
lung nuclear medicine scan
blood test as follows;-
U&E
Liver profile
TSH
CRP
Full blood count
ESR
Ferritin
Hba1c

The doctor said the results are normal but I'm anemia hence take some iron tablets. Are these tests enough to rule out my cancer worry?

I'm 33 years old female.

I have gone carefully about your concern and in my opinion you have nothing to worry about cancer diagnosis at the moment that all your exams are normal

You don’t need further examination ,these tests are enough to rule out the cancer diagnosis
