Hi Doc, On 25 Oct, 2018, I Have Been Diagnosed

Question: Hi Doc,
On 25 Oct, 2018, I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and prescribed some medication. Still using them.
1. HCQS 200
2. Sazo 500
3. Ace-Proxyvon CR

On 4 Nov, 2018, I had diarrhea (had eaten some junk food on 3rd night) and was given an antibiotic injection and prescribed the following:
1. Pantop
2. Sporlac-DS
3. Normetrogyl
4. Sestil AD

Doctor, I know I am allergic to Penicillin.
From last 3 days, I am suffering with swollen lip (lower) with big black mark, sore upper palate, and something that feels like a blister on my gum inside the cheek.
Could you please let me know if any of the above medicines have caused the
doctor

Diarrhoea can be due to HCQ.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the drug list you have mentioned.
HCQ is known to cause diarrhea.
None of them is penicillin group of drug.
So your diarrhoea is mostly due to HCQ.
Your other symptoms are more suggestive of allergy and vitamin B complex deficiency.
So better to start combination of anti histamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast).
Also take multivitamin tablets containing folic acid, vitamin b 12, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin etc.
