Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Triglyceride and LDL cholesterol is elevated. Have a low fat diet. Minimise intake of fatty foods like cheese, cream, cakes pastries ice cream etc. Regular exercise daily is needed. Recheck in 3 months.

Glucose normal

Kidney and urinary tract normal

Liver function normal

Thyroid profile normal

Complete blood count normal

BMI overweight

BP normal

Vitamin B 12 normal

Vitamin D low
You can take vitamin D supplement around 400IU per day for example as in Abdec syrup by Pfizer.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks Doctor for your feedback.
Do I have to recheck on BUN (Urea Nitrogen), it seems this is below the range and because of this it shows Kidney is in Moderate Risk. Do I need to take any precaution or medication.

For Vitamin D, I have already purchased D-Rise 60 K tablets, shall I take those? If yes what will be the number of tablets shall I take.

Brief Answer:
Low BUN is of no significance

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Low BUN is not of concern. Higher than normal BUN means kidney problem.
So no medication or precaution for this.

D-rise tables have a high dose of vitamin D. You can take it as one tablet weekly for 2 weeks and then one tablet after every 2 weeks for 3 months. Re check vitamin D levels in blood after 3 months. As it can accumulate in body and can cause side effects, watch out for symptoms like muscle spasm or constipation etc.
